This is not the Natural Bridge. However, it looks like a dam where the water has dried up, so is not creating a falls.

Dam on Union Street

Isn't this the dam on Union Street?. It sure looks like it. Back in the late 40s this was a wonderful spot for fishing. Right on the other side of that wall (where the person is standing)there should be a very rusty fishing pole. My brother dropped it in the water when the dam was REAL high and there was no way you could retrive it.

Nopt Briggsville opr Union St. Dam. I don't ever recall fishing the Union St. dam at the base of Gallup St. I lived on Gallup St. and the corner of Union and Gallup and never recalled anyone fishing there other than an ocasional kid. However, Briggsville dam was always the scene of large groups fishing especially on the first day of trout season.

This is cobby Degreiner caretaker of broad brook reservoir in williamstown, on white oakes road. Every summer when it became low is when the city would have to turn on the artesien wells on curran highway.

this does look like my uncle cobby, north end of whire oaks rd. at one time I also lived on white oaks rd in the late 70's
