It appears like the old days when snow from Main Street was dumped into the Hoosic River. EPC must have stopped that practice

Looks to me like that snow is being dumped into the river near the Polish picnic grounds, off North Summer St, with the old Arnold/Adams Print Works in the left center of the picture.

They used to dump snow there and on another point on Winter St., I grew up on Hoosac St. and you could here the man with the shovel pound on the bottom of the truck.....I thought it was thunder as a child...

This ia the Polish Picnic grounds on Mill Street in Adams. When I was a kid after snow removal this snow was dumped into the Hoosac River. That is the old Berkshire mills in the background not the Arnold Print Works. You can see the building that now houses Menty's BCN.
