|  Comments... Help Line -- volunteers answering phone calls from folks who weren't sure where to go for help. The volunteers got some training. Posted: 03/30/2001 Comments... Help Line volunteers were trained well. On certain nightsm Help Line was actually transferred into homes of the volunteers who then were on call throughout the night - and many times helped callers.
