This was probably in 1987 0r 1988. The night before we were supposed to have the Fall Foliage parade we had an ice storm that was unbelievable.

IT SAYS IN CAPTION 1976.....RANDY RETIRED ABOUT 1979. CAN'T BE ,AS STATED ,IN LATE 1980'S.I'LL BET SEVERAL HUNDRED OF RANDY'S SHOTS ENDED UP BEING AP PHOTOS.
