Looks like the late George Bisacca, owner of Eastover Resort in Lenox.

George Bisacca had a fabulous civil war collection/musuem at Eastover. He may have brought a piece of his collection to this particular parade.

Speaking of Lillys...it was great...remember how you could go in ask to listen to a record in the little booth and they would play it for you before you bought it? Those were the good days in North Adams!! What happened?
