I remember this chairlift at Jiminy Peak. My dad worked this chairlift for years. My sister and I would ski on the weekends, sitting in the little hut on the right, drinking hot chocolate and getting warm next to a small electric heater that was inside. I'd spend all weekend on this lift. Luckily I broke my leg the winter that the chairlift ran backwards and people were seriously hurt, or I would have been on it I'm sure. Posted: 05/14/2001 |
