Mr. Flagg, Art Teacher when it was known as Normal State Teacher's College

I remembeber this gentleman well. As a younster attending Mark Hopkins school, many times we went to special art classes he had for us at the college. Had my first lesson in paper mache. We were so lucky to have these extra priviledges.

It might look like Helene to you, BUT it is NOT!!! Keep in mind that both Randy and Andy passed away a few decades ago!!!
